Tasting notes

This unique and interesting grape variety found his origins in the distinctive soil of Drăgășani. This wine was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
This wine has a powerful bouquet with a touch of spices, flavours of black fruits such as black cherries and blueberries and a note of violet.
The palate is generous and delicate at the same time, with intense cherry juicy flavours with a subtle hint of fresh pepper.
It goes very well with dry duck breast.
