Tasting notes

Fetească Regală is one of the best known and common white variety in Romania. We offer our version fermented and aged in oak, to enhance its natural structure and enrich the aromatic profile.
100% of this wine was fermented and aged for 8 months in French oak barrels, with weekly batonnage.
Rich and complex bouquet with notes of white blossom, pear and dried apricots accompanied by persistent aromas of coconut, hazelnut and vanilla derived from the ageing in oak.
On the palate, this wine is generous, mouth filling and well-structured, with flavours of peach and spiced pear.
