Our Sauvignon Blanc is a selected high quality clone from Western Europe. 40% of the wine was fermented and aged for 8 months in French oak barrels.
This wine shows aromas of green paper and ripe gooseberry.
On the palate, this wine is strong with vibrant acidity and mineral notes which are specific to Drăgășani area.
It goes very well with grilled vegetables and poultry in creamy sauces.
