Our Sauvignon Blanc is a selected high quality clone from Western Europe. This variety is well known throughout the world but we believe it has great potential in the Drăgășani region.
 
20% of the wine was fermented and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. The remainder was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

This wine has a light yellow hue with glints of green. This wine shows aromas of grapefruit and cut grass with exotic fruit.  On the palate, it has a crisp citrus flavours and lots of vibrant acidity.
It has a good potential for ageing

To be served chilled at around 8 °C, with grilled vegetables and poultry in creamy sauces.
