One of the most widespread red
varieties finds in our terroir from Drăgășani the proper conditions to express
its great potential. Patience and passion in cellar, followed by 12 months of
aging in oak and amphora, give this wine elegance, velvety structure and
aromatic complexity.
It has a bright ruby red colour,
with a delicate aroma of plums, drunken cherries, roses, chocolate and a touch
of balsamic. The taste of this wine is round
and mouth filling, with a long persistence.
To be served at around 16°C, with
beef tenderloin, veal cheek in wine sauce, mushroom risotto and grilled
vegetables.
