Domnul de Rouă Rosé (The Dew Prince)

The legend of the Dew Prince is revived on the hills of Avincis winery. In Dragasani, this story goes on: a prince used to meet his sweetheart at night and left her before the sun rose over the hills covered by vineyards. But one morning, the prince did not hear the roosters' singing and he was turned into dew by the sunshine. This is how the legend of the Dew Prince was born.     

The wine is 100% Pinot Noir.

It is a very light, bright salmon pink rosé. The bouquet shows notes of strawberries and fresh cherries. The palate is appetizing, with crispy acidity and soft flavors. It is a fresh and easy to drink wine.

To be served chilled, at around 7 °C, with goat cheese, appetizers, season salads and grilled fish.

Style: Dry
